Staff was nice clean rooms hot breakfast plenty of smoking areas.

The room was nice with a little living room and sink with refrigerator and counter top. The beds were not hard but not really soft. The pool was too small for the facility and was really crowded--so we didn't use it. The breakfast was hard to come by because of the number of people and children grabbing food--staff had a hard time keeping items replenished! The location to other food places was excellent--Chick filet and Olive Garden are right outside of the door. The location to the Lost River Cave and Dairy barn is great! The Corvett museum is not a far drive either.

We have stayed twice breaking up our trip to and from Florida. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Easy find off / on of I-65. Our second stay they had fresh cookies out with ready available coffee. Nice pool and workout room.

There was an older lady working the dinning area for a couple of the days we were there. She was very nice and we enjoyed her conversations in the morning. The breakfast was very good. She was a very good and hard worker making sure everyone there had more than what they needed! In fact it turns out she was the only pleasant employee there and the only employee who seemed interested in or caring about her job. The room was very clean. So whoever cleaned our room must have taken pride in their job as well, and it shows!

We were stopping there for one night during a very long trip (family of 7). We arrived later than expected due to traffic etc and were exhausted. Alexis at the front desk was extremely helpful and had us checked into our two rooms and able to relax in minutes. She was so friendly and helpful and we were so thankful for her efficiency. The breakfast was top notch and the breakfast staff were also wonderful and made it feel like we were getting a home cooked meal made with love. The rooms were clean and spacious and located beside each other even with us booking the day prior.
